About the movie
Romance author Ethan Dulane's writer's block compromises his ninth novel delivery deadline under contract, so his agent booked an inspirational holiday away from his Manhattan luxury apartment, on a horse ranch upstate. It's quietly run by widower Frank McGregor, his daughters Hope and Joy and stable-hands, including ever-reliable Gabe Corsetti, whose real interest, the pragmatical one of the girls, isn't even aware of his silent crush, the swarming sister dotes Ethan's work. The inquisitive guest takes a moderate interest in horse but an expert view -albeit a stubborn single himself- at relationships, which inspires his next novel and the boost all ranch folks needed for years to face and grab opportunities.—KGF Vissers
